I lead engineering teams that put AI into production, and help the rest of R&D do the same. At Earnix I manage an 8-person full-stack team building the AI Engine, a platform for running AI agents in production for banking and insurance. We own its UI and the agents evaluation service, running one cross-country team with two partner teams in Paris following the Zelros acquisition.
I also lead the company-wide AI Guild, whose flagship AI Hub is the single source of truth for sharing rules, skills and agents. I stay hands-on: from the Zelros UI migration infrastructure to automating our development lifecycle with AI. Before Earnix, I built frontend infrastructure at Wix.
